In only five years we have hosted some of the best players in the world in what we know is the premier professional women’s sporting event in Western NY. The accomplishments of our tournament alumni prove this to be true. Here are some of the players who competed in the Danielle Downey Credit Union Classic and some of what they have accomplished in their golf careers:
Solheim Cup
The Solheim Cup is one of the most prestigious events in Golf, pitting a team of the best players from the United States against a team of the best players in Europe. The following players have participated in the Solheim Cup competition and also played here at the DDCUC:

Winning a Major Tournament is something every golfer dreams of and that is achieved by less than 1% of professional golfers during their careers. In our five years we have had four Major Winners compete in the Danielle Downey Credit Union Classic, and while all played well, only one is a former champion:
