One of the exciting aspects of holding a tournament is that we are allowed to invite two up and coming players who would otherwise not qualify for the event to play and on three occasions we have held qualifying events to allow a third player into the field. These players have been determined to have some special qualities that will make their invitation interesting to the local community or on a national level. Sponsor invited players generally are asked to visit before the tournament and participate in media events such as a press conference, TV appearances and radio appearances.
